This episode explores the book Iran from the Inside by writer Fahmi Huwaidi. The book offers a field-based testimony on the reality of Iranian society after the Islamic Revolution, moving beyond stereotypical perceptions. Huwaidi conveys detailed insights into daily and political life in Iran, revealing the balance between religious and reformist currents, the role of women and youth, and the internal and external challenges facing the country. Through an analytical journalistic approach, the book portrays the features of a complex society oscillating between religious commitment and aspirations for change, presenting a vivid picture of Iran as it truly is—not as it is often portrayed.
